Step Three: Print our Inspection Agreement. Fill it out and e-mail the Inspection Agreement back to us or fax it to our office at your earliest convenience. Inspection agreements are also available by mail, fax, or at the inspection site, just give us a call and we will be sure to send it to you or bring it with us to your home inspection.
Step Four: Review the New Jersey Standards of Practice regarding Home Inspections.
Please Note: If you have scheduled a radon test to be performed at the time of your New Jersey Home Inspection please request your Realtor inform the owner/occupant that all windows and doors must remain closed 12 hours prior to initiating the Radon test and during the Radon Test period. Open house conditions prior to the Radon test inspection will extend Radon Test duration times and significantly delay test results. Visit the EPA website for more information on Radon Testing.
